| Strength Divine General 2:00pm | | This exercise class will begin on Sunday, September 13th
at 2:00 p.m. This class is to help tone those muscles, strengthen the
core, help with balance and coordination and improve your bone density.
This workout uses muscles from head to toe. Exercising to music with
others is much more inspiring, motivating, challenging and fun than
trying to exercise home alone. You will need your own “toys” such as an
exercise mat, hand weights and stability ball. We will eventually use
bands, discs, etc. but for now if you could just bring a mat, weights
and stability ball that would be great. If you don’t have these items,
that’s okay, you might want to wait until after the first class to see
if you want to continue before purchasing. Soup cans may even be used
for weights. For questions on this new class or the equipment, contact Patti Price, 926-1809 or pprice@firstsecurity.net. The class will be Sundays from 2:00 – 2:50 p.m. for ages 14 to ….., male and female. |
