Zumba
is a fusion of Latin and International music-dance themes creating
an
exciting an effective fitness system.
The routines feature aerobic
and
fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms
that
tone and sculpt the body to maximize caloric output and fat burning.
It
targets all areas of the bodies, including the heart.
Zumba
was created in Colombia South America by Beto Perez in the
mid
1990’s by accident and became the hottest exercise craze.
