Practice your scales,
And prepare to sing,
Because the PrimeTimers
Are at it again.
We’ll join our voices,
Both gals and guys,
To sing familiar hymns,
And try to harmonize.
On Tuesday August 18th,
At 10:30 that day,
We’ll first meet downstairs,
Then move upstairs for our buffet.

Saturday, August 8th, plan to attend TWO’s 7:30 PM performance of the King and I at the Riverpark. Several of our church children are performing in the production. Also, reservations have been made for dinner at the Briarpatch at 5:30 PM. Tickets for the play are $18.00 which needs to be paid to Marsha Nash (926-1525) or Susan Hicks by August 5th.

On Friday, July 17th to commemorate the birth of Abraham Lincoln, a trip is planned to Lincoln Amphitheatre at Lincoln State Park in Lincoln City, IN. Pre-show activities begin at 5:30 PM which includes an Amish family-style meal followed by the play, Lincoln, beginning at 7:30 PM. Cost is $29.05 if we have 15 or more. Less than 15, the ticket price is $37.95 for seniors and $39.95 for persons under 60. To make reservations, call Susan Hicks (683-2882) or Cathy Cowan (264-1001) by Friday, July 10th.

Presbyterian Women Join the PrimeTimers Monday, June 1, 2009, tour the Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary and Presbyterian Headquarters (USA). Enjoy lunch at “The Café” (your expense). Bus will leave First Presbyterian Church at 7:00 AM.
