Grace and peace
to you in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! I am the
associate pastor to this wonderful community - having joined the staff
at First Presbyterian Church of Owensboro in July of 2006. Along
with this faithful community and with this loving staff, I have been
charged to oversee several areas: Christian education and
spiritual formation, youth ministry, fellowship and evangelism. I
also have the great pleasure of sharing pastoral responsibilities with
Jonathan - including leadership in worship, pastoral care and
counseling, and witness through ecumenical, community and Presbyterian
initiatives.
I come to this church fresh out of seminary - having recently graduated
from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, CA. Before my four
year adventure on the west coast, I spent many of my days in Indiana
where much of my family still resides. I attended DePauw
University for my undergraduate degree, and that is also where I met my
wife of four plus years, Anna. Together, Anna and I have a son,
Wyatt, who keeps us constantly in prayer - both giving thanks and
seeking help!
