Our Interim Director, Joy Carroll, is a longtime advocate for CDO. Not only did all four of her girls attend the program, but she also served on the CDO Board of Directors for four years, acting as President for two, transforming the program with new life and possibilities.
Joy’s energy, creativity, and leadership is precisely what our program needs to flourish. Her service as immediate past-president and Board Member of IMPACT 100 Owensboro, and the Board of Directors for Girls, Inc., among many other organizations - not to mention co-owning her own company - has gifted Joy with the kind of experience and organizational leadership necessary for leading CDO into its future.
Soon, a search will be underway for our next Director.
