February 3, 2010 Library Additions

The following five DVD’s which include booklets and leaders guide were donated to our library by Sunday School classes:

  • Forgiveness; letting go
  • Discernment; acting wisely
  • Intimacy; pursuing love
  • Hospitality; risking welcome
  • Attentiveness; being present

Also given by the Sunday School Classes were:

  • Confronting the Controversies by Adam Hamilton. Biblical perspectives on tough issues.
  • Seeing Gray in a World of Black and White by Adam Hamilton. Includes a DVD.

January 6, 2010 Library Additions

  • Have A Little Faith by Mitch Albom. A true story. The author tells the story of two incredible men whose lives demonstrate what faith is all about.
  • Your God is too Safe by Mark Buchanan. Rediscovering the wonder of a God you can’t control.
  • The Evolution of God by Robert White. The author takes us ton a sweeping journey through history, unveiling a discovery of crucial importance to the present moment.
  • Home to Holly Springs by Jan Karon. The first of the Father Tim novels.
  • Fearless by Max Lucado. Imagine your life without fear.

December 8, 2009 Library Additions

  • The Storytellers Companion to The Bible, Volume 8, Daniel and Revelation by Michael E. Williams (ed.)
  • The Glory of Christmas inspirational writings by Max Lucado, Charles Swindoll, Anne Graham Lotz and Henry and Richard Blackaby by Max Lucado.
